I got a replacement Touch Diamond, but I really don't prefer it over my Mogul. The backlight also likes to stay on, even if I force the screen off. I miss my keyboard.
What should I tell Asurion? I could complain about the backlight, and say I needed something that would take my memory card and have a physical keyboard, but I don't want no stupid Treo, lol.
