I am positive. When you start up live search. Click on the "Map" Option. It will then bring you to the map. Then hit menu, and "center on GPS" is the fourth option down.

EDIT: On the newest version of Live Search, instead of "Center on GPS" it says, "Track me Using GPS" when your in the Map functions Menu system (Not Settings). This is the equivalent of the Locate Me feature, since it tracks you on the map.
