One other thing: When you say to "hard reset 5 or 6 times" when should I hard reset again?

1. When I get the Verizon Screen with the following info:
H/W=2 P SNAZ-40306
M=12 R 1.43.00
U=4 D 3.14.30 WWE

2. When I get the Windows Mobile "Tap the screen to set up your Windows Mobile-based device." screen?

3. Or when I get to the align screen?

Thank you all for your help so far!

Link to stock ROM. Others are available here on the FTP. Use the Qlinks tab.

If it won't get past the alignment, something's wrong, either in software or hardware. I'm betting software because you said it was all working before you tried to clear out the contacts. Try a couple more times to hard reset before you give up and do not flash the 3.3 from the above link except as a last resort. Use the 2.2 update instead.
