ok i did the self advance exchange thing, i received a confirmation email stating the replacement device was a touch pro but when i called tech support they said the replacement device was a mogul. I did call tech support before i did this self thing. My question is should i leave like it is and see what happens or should i call tech support back and cancel the order that was placed when I called earlier? I had no idea about the self advance exchange until i read on here. I really want the pro!! any help is appreciated.
