I was able to finally get in touch with Tech Support who said they have absolutely no trace of my order. I asked if ERxxxxx was their typical order number and they said yes, but they can't find mine. She said she could place another order but since the TP is backordered, she'd have to order a different device (Diamond maybe?). She did say that maybe the order hasn't shipped yet since it's on backorder and that's why there's no trace of it.
I guess I'll wait til Tuesday to see if I get any packages. I'm starting to think this was all just a screw-up on Sprint's part and instead of fulfilling orders as promised they're just mysteriously "losing" them...
