Yes, C-ApiSRO only gives you access to Sirius/XM channels that are offered online by those providers. If it's a channel that you can stream from either Sirius' or XM's website then you should be able to play it in C-ApiSRO.

There are a lot of channels that are only offered for the hardware that you cannot get online. Channel 117 appears to be one of them; however, I am able to play channel 118 through C-ApiSRO.

If you are not seeing channels such as 118 in C-ApiSRO then you should clear your "Channel Cache" and log back into Sirius to get an updated channel list. You must log out, clear your cache, and log back in to get the latest. If it's still not there then there is a good chance the channel isn't available online.
