Okay so tonight I was taking a bath and my dog (big Lab) comes to investigate what I am doing and proceeds to tail whip my phone into the tub. Well its def broke...luckily I have insurance through Asurion and have dealt with them quite a bit.
Well I was really looking at getting the Touch Diamond or Touch Pro soon because I am SO SICK of my phone only holding a charge for 8-10 hours because I use it FREQUENTLY for work. So anyways my question is do you think I could talk Asurion into replacing my Vogue for a Touch Diamond? What approach should I take? If I have to I'll just get a new Touch and sell it on ebay or something and buy a Diamond. I just need a phone
right now Im using a Treo650 and its driving me INSANE! I just don't really have the money to buy a new phone as I'm not eligable for an upgrade and just moved into my Apartment and spent a ton of money on necessities....like Surround Sound and Xbox games hahaa
