I dunno what to say man... it is very random and even I can't reproduce it at will. It can happen in any application, and on the today screen. It always seems to happen after I have tapped the screen many times in a short amount of time.
For 3rd party apps... whew I have a few...

I can tell you this, I noticed this problem well before I had installed all of these apps, these apps have been installed over the course of the last two weeks. I could't even try to pinpoint if it started after any particular app. I thought maybe S2U2 so I uninstalled that and went through and removed ALL reg entries from it but this had no effect.
