Radio won't initialize, and now won't flash to old firmware
I need to replace this thing, and I have the total equipment insurance from Sprint. since my radio won't initialize AT ALL, I cannot downgrade the firmware to a sprint firmware so I can go to a sprint store and get a new one..

what do I do?

could running an external antenna, ruined the radio part of the phone and it won't come on no matter what?

Please respond, I am desperate!!!
