The difference is not on the incoming call screen with the slider but on the in-call screen with the "end call" button. The previous slide to answer cabs, etc came from the overseas devices and have a sliding "cover" over the buttons on the in-call screen to keep you from accidentally pressing a button while talking. You flick the sliding "cover" down when you are ready to press "end call" or any of the other buttons on that screen. It is a cool feature that is not present on the version from the leaked rom being discussed in this thread.

I have attached a screenshot that I just took of the in-call screen featuring the sliding cover that is NOT included on the leaked rom in question in this thread.

*edit* I should also mention that the "hold" and "add call" buttons you will see in this pic do not function on CDMA devices.
