Sounds similar to the "A Key" issue I had on my first flash. I had to call Verizon and tell them my phone locked up and that I called their customer service and they recommended that I do I hard reboot. I also mentioned that all my contacts were gone and sounded all paniced. They helped out and re-authenticated my phone....just don't tell them you unlocked your phone....play dumb and they should help you out. And call from a landline (even though you may not be able to call 611 from the phone, I didn't try to when I had to reauthenticate mine).
