I guess you could "kinda say", its like a hard reset with only the boot splash changing if that makes any sense lol.

Thanks for the quick reply. I just wanted to be sure because there wasn't anything in the RUU about the splash. I figured better safe than sorry.

Thanks for the cab, that will make it easier. I'm just too paranoid i guess when it comes to my phone and just wanted to be sure it did it right. Oh, and i can use a cab file.
