Are you close to a handoff point between SIDs or different roaming carriers? I know when I travel from Wisconsin to New York, my screen does this when I move into a different SID. Just wondering if you are jumping between carriers. |
As a matter of fact I am at work and in my building i do not get very good reception so i see that my phone often switches back and forth from roaming and not roaming. This may be the cause of the problem but i think it still occurs at home where i do happen to get great reception. I will see how it goes at home and post a reply. Thanks for your help.
