In BigJ's previous kitchen folder there is a walkthrough and there is a section on building OEM's. In that section it tells what to do with OEN files to get them in the BuildOS.

Thanks but I did that. I successfully built my own ROMs with previous big J kitchens by adding/deleting EOMs. But this one is a hybrid. I have a feeling that since we are mixing older OEMs into a newer, different ROM there is another way to combine the two.
