I don't think the WiMo USB ports in our cellphones (in this case the mini USB ports), have the circuitry to be a 'Host'. Personal Computers have the circuitry and the software to host USB devices. If WiMo devices do not have the circuitry, trying to tweek WiMo OS will not make any difference. Most devices were not born to host.
