Share GPS with PC?

The HTC Touch is my second phone. I only really use it for tethering to my CarPC. It is basically part of the car and I never even see it.

Way's I could make this phone more useful:
1) Share its GPS over USB so I don't have to use a second one for the CarPC.
2) Constantly GPS log and upload it to a service of some type so I can always see where the phone (car) is or has been in Google maps by going to a webpage.
3) Allow the CarPC to use the phone functions (PC dials number over USB, phone uses PCs speakers and mic)
NOTE: I would want to do all of this while still providing internet over USB.

Does anyone know how to do any of this or if it is even possible?
