I have a sprint phone, but my service is verizon. i don't know if this is why I can not get this to work, but I installed arcsoft for verizon and when i send a test pic to myself i get an error saying delivery failed. Anyone know how to fix this proble? I believe this is the last upgrade I need to make on my phone and would love to have peace of mind.
