Ego Tags are just that, tags added to something to acknowledge the efforts of an individual or group. You see it all the time with “pirated” software. Each group will include their own .nfo file in the .rar to get recognized by the community. I’ve seen some instances where the .rar was nothing but a collection of compressed files that each included a separate/different .nfo.
FYIY, I’m merely trying to explain why I like Juicy .roms more than the others. I was just giving my opinion on the subject. When I installed the Juicy .rom on my phone, it was not branded to any specific creator or service. The .rom, for the most part, looked like something that might have come directly from HTC.

the splash identifies the name of the device usual what it does. the name of the rom is Juggalo. the splash states that. and sorry juicys rom is branded Microsoft

even says so on the splash screen. the only difference is that microsoft is a corporate entity and brands according to logo name and company name rather then a single developer. But i am a single developer. would you feel better if i branded it Juggalo INC.? better call up Mr.Gates and tell him you don't like his ego tag lol your to funny. your explanations don't make sense. i fire up my Samsung TV and it says the companies name there lol. you cant criticize other cooks for putting there name in there creation. especially if your going to be hypocritical and not criticize Microsoft for branding there developments. and as for the pirated software, you dont even know how that scene works have you ever made a crack your self or decompiled one. they hex brand all there work

and yes some even do change the program splashes. again im going to say ur argument is poor. especially when you singled MightyMike out because he chose to have Mighty Mouse as his boot screen and criticize how that would reflect on the person using his rom in a professional manner. it shouldn't make a difference if your business associates are solid and your friends are your friends.
