Again, I don't mean to offend, but unless the thread's titled "Is it legal for me to record both sides of a phone call in my state?", or someone asks for legal advice, I really think posts like these are inappropriate.... IANAL, and I'm guessing you aren't either. It's annoying when you're looking for a solution and a thread gets filled up with irrelevant posts (yes, I realize this is becoming one of those)... and now you're asking for the thread to be closed... so much for thesfactor's problems, eh?
