The Mogul is now Officially End Of Life (EOL) according to reports from consumers who were told by reps and also some employees themselves have confirmed it. They no longer sell it on the site. The refurb supplies should also be drying up eventually. This should increase everyones chances of getting hardware replacement and insurance claims filled with TP's (albeit possibly refurb'd TP's).
