But that doesn't mean that it was our fault that they did it, we asked for it and they did it, do we know the policy? Weren't you saying that it wasn't right for us to have it while others don't? You can't tell me it is wrong for us to have it if indeed the rep did go against policy, how are we supposed to know.
Anyway, like I said before until I get a call from a supervisor to tell me that the rep did something they shouldn't have, then to me it is not against there policy. I have yet to see anything from sprint saying that we can't do this
