I am currently running Juggs .06 Sprint ROM. I want to update it to .07, my question is, do I have to reflash the device using Hard-SPL again, or do I just run the RUU from the new ROM?

My understanding was that HARD SPL was only used to unlock the phone initially...

Any detailed information would be most useful.
