You can only select 1 dialer skin since they practically use the same files, just different versions of them

There are 2 ways of doing that(both are in the tweaks file if your using the kitchen)

Change the time interval when the screen turns off

HKCU\ControlPanel\BackLight
LightSensorToScreenOff


Or disable that feature without disabling the light sensor completely

EnableFastDormantDisplayDuringCall
