its bs because its your phone number you should be able to choose where your voicemail goes. if other carriers allow it, why should sprint users be stuck with this garbage, having some reps do it and some not. maybe to be fair to their customers, they should revise everyones account and take the number off.

No offense, but it just sounds like sour grapes to me. You were never promised visual vm from Sprint for free, so you shouldn't be upset that you don't have it. It's like every other workplace in America, some employees just don't follow policy. Is that fair for those that only interact with the employees who do follow the policy? Maybe not, but as the saying goes, life isn't fair. I would like to have visual voicemail on my phone and not pay call forwarding, but it's not that big of a deal. I've survived this long without it, so I'm sure I can do without. If I couldn't do without it, I would switch providers. It's an extremely minor negative compared to many positives that I have with Sprint.
