The dpad will probably never be fixed. I think weedahoe had a spare extended battery. Ask him. Start by cooking a ROM. And no you will havbe to use the 45 dollar data plan. The data, might stay, but I doubt it. Try activating it online instead of calling. Cause if you call I can almost asure you they will make you get the 45.
