You mean the xv6700? Sorry, I had to go there...LOL
As PDA said, there aew not any real 6.1 pre-made ROMs floating around out there. Someone might cook one for you and upload it to a site for you but then you might not like how someone else customized it for you. As for the Kitchen, you load it up, select the carrier and Bootloader version and any other info in the drop downs and then choose what all you want cooked into the rom and let it make the ROM. Once it has cooked it, it will tell you connect the device if it isnt already.
