I have to change that setting every so often, just did it again yesterday. I know there were discussions on here about what causes it to go back to 1 from time to time. I believe editing contacts was one of those reasons from what I recall.
Forgot to mention this only occurs (for me) since I installed the classic word completion cab file, the fixed reg entry is in the latest version of that cab but again I have to change the setting every so often when it reverts back to 1. Probably 3-4 times in the last 3 months, but I also don't edit to many contacts and that is the only times I have noticed it changing back so far.
