And Ill save you the time searching, Its also pretty much the Only cab program that can do what you want... There is another program called MSCEInf that is great for repairing damaged OEM programs post-flash, But its maddening to use it to attempt to cook anything pre-flash.

(I used MSCEINF to repair a two damaged OEM's that I got off the PPCGeeks FTP, easy as extracting the cabs and copying the EXE's over to windows overwriting the original files)
