Once booted up, delete the old pim.vol and import your contacts. I know you wont be able to edit or delete them after the soft reset, but at least you will have only one set of contacts in case you need to make a phone call or send a text message.

Just before I saw the post above about the issue i just cleared my storage to reinstall everything thinking it was an issue with one of my programs. Now that I see the temp workaround I may try that if erice doesnt get the fix posted quickly. I wonder if overwriting with the
Vb oem will reintroduce some of the small nagging issues i was having or that between b & c the oem was not changed....
