Sprint actually came through for me...
I called CS at *2 today and the recorded voice told me an auto-update was necessary. AFter waiting a minute for the programming to install, my phone auto rebooted and was programmed with the new 20227 PRL settings.
No hassles. No having to wait forever. No talking to actual tech folks.
WTH?!? Just when I though Sprint CS sucked the unholy donkey phallus, they go and do something right like this...
Anyway, that's my story.
