Ok.
I used the kitchen to create an nb.nbk file that is compatible and a stable working version for our Verizon XV-6700.
If you don't feel adventuresome and mess with the kitchen, feel free to check the ftp server and use my nb.nbk file. There are instructions and some extra files for you that were not added in the newest 1.0.2 Kitchen.

Due to the current bugs and problems experienced from 3rd party programs as stated in the original Helmi Official Post, I did not include them in this build.
I also recommend doing a google search for PocketIRC and install it.
It runs great on my phone.
