ok i got it i change the sprint TV tray icon and the hero file..

its manilla file
3bd8227e_manilla is the tray icon (the small on one the bottom of the screen.
and
3f2422b3_manilla is the hero icon (the one thats in the center if the screen)

all i did was put my pic into manilla editor and changed it. a lot easier than i was thinking.
