Here are the commands you should be looking for:

..\Tools\NBSplit.exe -kaiser OS.nb > nbsplit.log
..\Tools\ImgfsFromNB.exe OS.nb.payload imgfs.bin > imgfsfromnb.log
..\Tools\ImgfstoDump.exe imgfs.bin > imgfsdump.log
