That doesn't sound like you are really taking the ethical stand here. If you were, then you would call and get on a regular sprint plan.

Note, the $100 I "might" receive with this rebate is nothing compared to the monthly discounts you are receiving. I'll switch with you any day and would eagerly give you $100 (and more) if you can get me on a SERO plan.
no need to hate on people who have SERO. SERO was alive and kicking for 2 years plus. Additionally, it was still "alive" after it died in July of 2008 for a couple more weeks through a google cached login, so there's no real excuse as to why you didn't sign up for SERO before.

So.

1. you are saying he should not complain because he signed up for SERO "illegally" when sprint should not have allowed him to sign up in the first place (sprint's fault)

2. you are saying it is unethical for him to send in the $100, but will give him $100 if he can get you on a SERO $30 plan (who is unethical now? wasn't it unethical in the first place to illegally sign up for $30 SERO?)

In conclusion - I will be sending in my $100 rebate for my touch pro that I got for $200-$70 renewal credit. My girlfriend will also be sending in the rebate in addition to the renewal credit, ALONG WITH THE FACT SHE WASN'T ELIGIBLE FOR AN UPGRADE FOR ANOTHER 1.5 YEARS. Both of us are on SERO $30, and if you think it's unethical, that's nice.
