Have you downloaded and used the Manilla Editor for this? Total Commander really wont do much as far as actually changing the icon on the tf3d. What you need to do is copy your manilla files from your phone to your PC and open the Manilla Editor. Find the Sprint TV tab, and replace that graphic with this one you have here. Then save the changed file and replace it in your windows folder - I think all this is covered in post #2 or 3.
You have to change the manilla file.
