Well if you are willing to wait the treo pro would be my option the touch pro can be tweaked/flashed and what not but overall a stock version of Touch Pro is buggy the treo pro isn't out yet but from what I know of its stable...My bias is based off of owning a Touch pro and not liking it at all..
