No, the latest release (that I know of) has a image file that is 100 MB, no way to store it on the phone itself, but you can put your android folder on phone memory, with the haret, startup, zimage and initrd files. The rootfs and the image file it creates will still be on the SD card. It's also not polished enough to run as a replacement to WM yet. I doubt this will ever be flashable to replace WM as it runs on linux, which is not native to these phones.

But, the good news is tekk is revamping the file system (which is stored on that 100mb image) so it may get smaller, how much, I can't say, and if it will fit on phone memory, I dunno.
