I've gotten 2 replacements (first replacment due to chrome flaking in my hands, second due to the first replacement being screwed up out of the box) and each came in about 10 days. They told me at least a month both times, and it came much sooner.

Way back when my Mogul died (and they didn't have any replacements available) and they gave me an upgrade deal on the TP (just had to wait until launch), I told them I didn't want to pay while my phone was down. So they credited me my bill amt for one month. Of course, I was talking to an escalations manager, but they agreed with me and gave me no hassle when I said it wasn't fair for me to pay for the 3 weeks that my phone was totally useless.
