Aha! But herein lies the problem. It will not run because it supposedly requires another ".NET" program to be installed first. I've Googled around looking for instructions or tips concerning this program but all I can find are a few comments from people reviewing the program who say it does not work like it is finished yet and/or they cannot run it because it requires some .NET thingy to be installed.

OK, you can SEE what is taking up memory....but by golly can you DELETE those files? OR, do you need the experimental Superdeleter Beta version from Constipation Enterprises to actually delete the files?
