Just dialed *2 on my sprint phone and asked to speak with someone in billing and they put me thru to customer service billing dept and the rep i spoke with said if you call telesales they will honor the rebate and send it out to ya but since i called billing he gave me a $100 credit on my account right on the spot. Got love good customer service this is the prime reason i wont leave sprint every time something like this happens i call in and get taken care of right away. I suggest everyone else do the same, oh by the way they will only credit you if you purchased the phone online or thru telesales in store purchases do not get the discount
