Basically, when it pops up just browse to the rom file in your RUU folder then set the number to whatever you want it to be and hit change, then close the pagepool changer. There is no specific pagepool setting that you should use necessarily. I used to use 16, but I am finding a huge 32 mb pagepool is actually to my liking.
