This is only true if the PP is static. Mine is dynamic. It expands to a maximum of 32MB if needed...just like a Windows-managed page file.
By your figures:
Currently I have 207.51 available. If 183.42MB means a 32MB PP, then that mean the phone has 215.42MB of available memory
without a PP. My phone currently has 207.51MB available, which means my phone has a 20MB PP. If 12MB PP = 215MB RAM, then 207MB RAM means PP is using 8 more than 12MB PP...which equals the 20MB. And since it's dynamic, it can expand to as much as 32MB....which is how I edited it to be.
So yes....this ROM's PP is confirmed. Juggs even gave us the baseline data to prove it....
