Below is the instructions but I don't see a SIP ICON anywhere. Is this while in the Input icon in settings?

Sorry I should have explained better. PCM has to be your current selected SIP to adjust it. So press the SIP icon on the bottom middle of your screen. Then press the arrow to the right of it to bring up a list of your SIP methods. Then select PCM, it may be on the next page marked "Other Input Methods". Then you can press the options button and select the skin and layout. Hope you all like it!"
