I've been using this technology for a couple of years now.. If the card isn't in a standard format, it won't read everything. It'll pick up numbers and emails and stuff, but things like Asian characters will confuse it. You also need to change the company line to NAME everytime in order for it to show up in your address book. It's not a perfect thing, not even the top of the line business card scanner we have here at work does. So always be sure to double check the values before you export.
