I do have insurance but I'm a little worried that they'd take my phone, which works perfectly except for the USB port, and replace it with a refurb that might have other issues. If they are going to do that then I'd just as soon try to fix the USB port myself.
Of course, if Sprint is handing out Touch Pros, I might reconsider.
