I'm not very fluent in WA3, but it looks like you have downloaded the VGA skins instead of the QVGA ones.

The Vogue (Sprint Touch) has a QVGA screen (320h x 240w). Many phones now have VGA (640h x 480w) or WVGA (800h x 480w) resolution, and because of that many skinners are upgrading their resolutions as well.
