For anyone having issues with getting data and what not after flashing a couple of roms, after it all working. I found that flashing the verizon mrv1 (the dumped verizon rom) will reset all settings to the stock qpst. so that helps alot. It's exactly what i needed. so just for everyone else

then you can flash to any rom, perfect it then set it up so you don't run into this issue again
