Periodically ActiveSync on the TP will fail and indicate that all data will be replaced on the next sync. When that happens, all of the TF3D "Favorites" get erased.

Because this is happening often enough (once or twice a week), I gave up on the Favorites - and then gave up on TF3D - since the Favorites kept getting erased.
