Lower Volume,
Enter and
POWER (not soft reset) keys do work, but sometimes its a bit tricky to get it to work, just keep trying it a few times. When I try this, sometimes I have to try it 6 or 7 times. I think it is because the Enter key is multifunctional and it can be hard to know whether you are actually holding it down or in one f the directions.
To quickly determine if you did it right the first screen you should see is a reset screen. If it goes to the TOUCH boot screen, it didn't work.
