When you called in, what did you tell them when they asked why you want to do this? I mentioned that I was trying to set-up visual voicemail and i opened up a can of worms because they said only the instinct can do this. Can you guys kinda provide me a script to follow? Or should i just be adamant about them just changing my default voicemail? I know not to mention call forwarding, but what if they bring it up first?
